- The Giclee print will be supplied Free Of Charge with all framed pictures.

Then what happens???
- We will produce your chosen image as a Giclee print using 310gsm Smooth Fine Art Paper.
- We will frame your print to you exact specification using quality materials & techniques.
- We will safely pack your framed picture and have it ready for our courier in just a few days.

Your framed picture will be delivered free of charge to any Mainland England, Wales and Most of Scotland addresses.
Unfortunately due to the higher costs of sending goods to Remote Scotland, Scottish Highlands and UK Isles we have to charge £10 for delivery.

- Buy 1 framed picture - No discount.
- Buy 2,3,4 or 5 framed pictures and receive a 10% discount.
- Buy 6 or more picture and receive a 15% discount.

UK Consumer law for distance selling states we are under no obligation to offer a refund or exchange on any item that has been correctly supplied. This is because each item we sell is manufactured to your exact specification.
However we do understand that on occassions you may purchase an item and find it to be totally unsuitable for your requirements. Therefore you may return any item to us for whatever reason and we shall give you a 75% refund of the original price paid for the framed picture.
- Item must be returned to us in it's original condition and packaging.
- The customer is responsible for all costs involved in returning the item to us.
- The customer must return the item to us via a "signed for" and insured service.
- We will not refund any item that is returned to us damaged.
- Refunds are only offered on the original supplied picture(not replacements).
- Refunds must be requested within 72 hours of receipt.
- We reserve the right to decline our refund offer for whatever reason.
