Free Print Offer Very Simple - You can choose any print on our website, and any size you like(subject to limitations). All you pay for is the frame or frame and mount combination. The price you see is the total price you will pay including shipping(see delivery terms) and including VAT. We do not supply on a print only basis under any circumstances and the free print offer is only valid when paying for the framing element. Discounts Again very straightforward and no catches. Buy 2,3,4 or 5 framed pictures and you will receive a 10% discount. Please note that the discount will not be calculated, displayed or deducted until you proceed to Step 1 of the checkout procedure. Delivery Information Free Delivery is available to all addresses in Mainland England, Wales and most of Scotland. Remote Scotland, Scottish Highlands, UK Isles & Republic of Ireland deliveries carry a surcharge of £10 per order. All goods will be despatched within 4 full working days from receipt of the order. If you have not received your order within 6 full working days please contact us via our contact form Delivery is carried out by our nominated service. Deliveries will be made between 7am - 7pm Monday - Friday. The delivery service is for two attempts to the address you give us on checkout. Should our courier be unable to deliver on two or more occassions and if they receive no response to the calling cards left, they may return the parcel to us. If your parcel is returned to us following failed delivery attempts additional fees total £25.00 will be payable to cover the costs we will incur Return / Refund Policy Every item is manufactured to customer specification and under the terms of UK consumer law we are under no obligation to offer a refund or exchange. Damage Every item is inspected for damage before being despatched. In the unlikely event your goods are damaged on receipt you must contact us via email within 48 Hours of receipt(receipt being deemed to be when the courier received a signature). We may request photographic evidence of any damage to help us process our claim. Complaints If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively. |
